Environmental Site Assessements (Phase I and Phase II)
Resource Engineering Associates, Inc. has completed hundreds of environment assessments for projects ranging from property transfers and refinancing to redevelopment and development activities. Assessments include Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) to satisfy All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) requirements and Phase II ESAs to determine if potential resource concerns identified in the Phase I ESA has negatively impacted the environment of a property. Clients include banks, commercial and private property owners, developers, local governments, religious organizations, and medical facilities.
